Listed below are few issues
that may come up, and answers on how to fix the situation.
1.
My user number box won't let me enter my user number into it.
2.
I have letters printing at the bottom of my checks instead of the banking
symbols.
3.
I can't get "blank" checks to print... only "drafts".
4.
My serial number is different that it was when I registered.
5.
My computer crashed, and I had to re-install CheckMAN.
6.
I can't get the "file and receipt copies to print"
7.
Other problems....
1.
My user number box won't let me enter my user number into it.
Please read your instuctions
thoroughly. The instructions say.. "Type the USER NUMBER into
the password field on the screen as follows... USER=XXXX If you type
it exactly as it appears above, with no spaces, when you press the enter
key, the user number wil appear in teh User Number field on the screen.
If it does no appear, try again.
2.
I have letters printing at the bottom of my checks instead of the banking
symbols.
Your font is not all the way
installed. This is also something very easy to fix.. Hit your "Srart"
button. Next, go to "Setting", the choose "Control Panel".
Open it, then find the "Fonts" folder. Double click on the Fonts
folder to open it. Locate the font called, "MICR e13b". Once
you locate that, exit out of all windows you opened. Try the program
again... it should print fine. If you followed the above steps, and
it did not work, please use the Tech Support form below
to contact tech support.
3.
I can't get "blank" checks to print... only "drafts".
You are using "draft" for
the product name instead of "personal". This is the first field when
entering new checks. By default it is set to "draft". Simply
change it to "personal" and you will be able to print blank or "personal
checks".

My serial number is different that it was when I registered.
Please use the Tech Support

5.
My computer crashed, and I had to re-install CheckMAN.
Your previous password will
not work, because a new serial number was generated during the re-installation.
Please use the form below to request a new password.
Your USER number will remain the same.
6.
I can't get the "file and receipt copies to print"
The file and receipt
copy boxes on the new check page are for "referenc" only. You will
need to set this up in the "Browse Products" section of your program.
Please see your printed user's manual, or online help file for complete
details.
