CLS Holdings says January and February 2022 financial results show impressive growth
CLS Holdings USA (CSE:CLSH, OTCQB:CLSH) Inc has announced a strong start to the year with the release of financial and operational results for its Nevada wholly-owned subsidiaries for January and February 2022. Despite decreasing overall retail numbers in the state of Nevada, BDS Analytics data for January 2022 cast a bright spotlight on CLS' branded division, City Trees, which saw total retail sales of $1.05 million versus $340,000 for January 2021, demonstrating a 195.5% increase year-on-year (YOY) and a 205% increase over 2020.
CLS Holdings USA says Nevada subsidiaries generated $1.75M in revenue during January
CLS Holdings USA (CSE:CLSH, OTCQB:CLSH), Inc said its wholly-owned subsidiaries in Nevada generated net revenue of $1.75 million and a record gross margin of 55% during January, maintaining the company's goal of achieving a greater than 50% gross margin. The Las Vegas, Nevada-based cannabis company said net revenue for its wholesale branded division at City Trees continued to rise with monthly net revenue growth of 127% year-over-year and 191% over 2020.

CLS Holdings USA (CSE:CLSH, OTCQB:CLSH) Inc posted 10% growth in fiscal 2Q 2022 revenue at $5.4 million as its City Trees branded products continued to be in high demand. CLS Holdings USA, Inc said its wholly-owned subsidiaries in Nevada generated net revenue of $1.8 million and a record gross margin of 56% during November. The Las Vegas, Nevada-based cannabis company said this represented a significant monthly increase in gross margin of 20% year-over-year and 66% over 2019, as well as the largest gross margin the company has ever achieved.
CLS Holdings USA taps cannabis veteran Dani Baranowski to help grow its City Trees product division
CLS Holdings USA (CSE:CLSH, OTCQB:CLSH) Inc is bringing on cannabis veteran Dani Baranowski as its new brand manager for its product division, City Trees. Baranowski co-founded the Chamber of Cannabis, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit and coalition of over 200 industry leaders in Nevada to help advance cannabis initiatives both socially and commercially in the state, and is currently vice president and chairwoman for the Community Impact Committee.
