Further, it produces and distributes electricity, heat, LPG, and natural gas condensate; produces fatty acid methyl esters; and provides ship operation advisory, sea transport, ship chartering, and drilling services, as well as related services. The company was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Gdansk, Poland.
